1 Year Free .com/.net

With the purchase of selected 1 Year hosting packages* all new customers** are entitled to a free .com/.net domain for the first year. The domain cannot already be registered and must be available to register.

Please note: The domain will only be registered upon full payment of the one (1) year hosting package. Once the one (1) year of hosting is completed you have the choice to continue hosting with us or to move your domain and setup new hosting with another web hosting provider. You will be invoiced for renewal 2 months prior for your domain renewal and one month before your hosting is up for renewal.

The domain registered must be within accepable boundaries of domain name registrations and cannot already be a registered domain. We have the right to refuse your domain name registration if we deem the domain name unnacceptable or improper for use within our hosting network as documented in our Terms of Use/Service. You are only entitled to one (1) .com or one (1) .net domain for one (1) year Free.

If you are dissatisfied with the service during the period of your first year during the one (1) year free domain period please contact our support department so we can resolve any issues you may be experiencing with our web hosting services. During the one (1) year free domain name period the domain will not be moved or nameserver information updated to point to another hosting service as the one (1) year hosting agreement states that the domain name is part of that package until the time of renewal.

* The packages available for use with the one (1) year free .com or one (1) year free .net domain name offer are as follows: Bronze Hosting, Silver Hosting, Gold Hosting & Platinum Hosting. The selected one (1) year hosting package must be paid in full before the domain application is processed, some domains may become available in the interim of your initial application and our application depending on payment time, in these circumstances you will be able to either choose another domain name or we will refund the our retail value of the selected domain. the payment for the one (1) year hosting is non refundable.
